Terms of Service: The Little Pants

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from The Little Pants, you agree to these terms. We celebrate the bond between moms and their "littles" through premium quality, and these rules help us maintain that standard for everyone.

2. Product Authenticity & Quality

  • Premium Fabrics: We take pride in using high-quality muslin cotton, linen, and lace. Please note that due to the natural fibers and screen settings, slight variations in color or texture may occur.

  • Handmade/Boutique Nature: As a brand founded by a woman entrepreneur, many of our pieces feature intricate detailing. Small variations are a mark of our premium, non-mass-produced process.

3. Size-Only Exchange Policy

Important: To maintain the hygiene and exclusivity of our premium nightwear, we operate a Strict Size-Only Exchange Policy.

  • No Returns/Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds or returns for "change of mind."

  • Exchange Process: If the size is not a perfect fit for you or your child, you must contact us to initiate an exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a size exchange.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We strive to process your premium sets as quickly as possible. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier.

  • The Little Pants is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will always assist you in tracking your "mommy and me" sets.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs of our collections, and the "The Little Pants" logo are the exclusive property of our brand. Unauthorized use of our imagery for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we ensure the highest fabric safety standards for children, The Little Pants is not liable for any allergic reactions to specific fabrics or accidents occurring while wearing the garments. Parents are encouraged to choose the appropriate size to ensure child safety (avoiding tripping hazards, etc.).
